It had good price considering location and cleanliness that were provided. Stunning location just next door to Zadar, the store and beaches and the old town, everything perfect. There were a dining area, a sitting area and an ironing set to use. Near Barka Bar & Caffe, just 10 minutes walk.

I appreciated the apartment even though some things didn't work.

It's comfortable place and everything was good. All the rooms are big with a great view. There's views of the sea. The location is perfect and magnificent, 15 minutes walk from a modern monument.

The apartment was spacious and well-located near the outskirts and town center, and the staff was friendly.

We had a comfortable stay close to the city center and the bus stop, with smoke detectors for safety measures and a pleasant staff making us feel welcomed.

The location of this place is wonderful, it's within walking distance of the old city center, and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming.

We had a short stay at Villa Maestral and it was absolutely wonderful. Sanda and Darko were incredibly hospitable and gave us great advice on local attractions, including a trip to Plitvice NP. The duplex apartment was spacious, with a stunning view of the city center and waterfront. The kitchen and living area were well-equipped and comfortable, and the large terrace was perfect for meals outdoors. The location was convenient, with a bakery and supermarket nearby, and easy access to the old town by boat or on foot. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were always ready to assist. a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic Christmas at this villa! The hosts were brilliant, always ready to help and full of knowledge about the area. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet location, yet it was only a 15-minute walk alongside the ocean to the bustling old town. The view from the terrace was incredible, overlooking the sea and the beautiful cityscape. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

That the shower could have been a little bigger, but it was still functional. the bed was a bit hard for our liking, but we would have appreciated the option of a mattress topper.

Lovely views, beautiful apartment!

The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and parking available. the welcome we received was excellent, with the owners providing us with an orientation and recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. the property was very clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the lovely views from the terrace. we found it to be a great value for money.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few downsides. the terrace was a shared pathway and lacked shade in the morning.

Host Sanda was welcoming, friendly, and fantastic for giving information on places to see and visit, restaurants, and overall a pleasure to chat to. Clean and relatively well maintained. Quiet area, but close to good restaurants and beaches. Reliable and fast wifi.

The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, offering to store our luggage and providing useful information about the area. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to both the sea and the old town. We enjoyed the stunning view of the bay and the beautiful colors changing over the city from our terrace. having free parking on the property was a great convenience.

The accommodation lacked basic amenities such as soap for the shower and coffee or tea in the rooms. the bed was uncomfortably hard and we were bothered by mosquitos throughout the night.
